WalkingPad

My walkingPad A1 Pro came with a "remote control" that does not work. I have followed the manual, checked youtube guides and called WalkingPad A1 Pro - I think the remote control is defect.

Additionally, I contacted WAlkingPad A1 Pro 4 days ago and I have still not received a reply.

If I can talk someone OUT OF buying a WalkingPad A1 Pro - I will.

Ik heb mijn betaalde riem niet ontvangen. Er is me niet eens verteld wanneer ik de riem zal ontvangen. Zeer onprofessioneel.
I didn't receive my paid walking pad. I haven't been informed till now when I will receive the pad. Very unprofessional.

Très contente du tapis. Compact et très qualitatif. Il faut savoir qu'il est quand même lourd mais facilement déplaçable en ligne droite. Cependant ne pensez pas le déplacer d'un étage à l'autre, trop encombrant. Le service client est excellent et repond Très vite aux questions. Un peu de retard pour la livraison mais tout s'est bien passé. Un petit bémol pour l'app qui n'est pas au point. Se déconnecte et ne sauvegarde rien.

I love it! It sturdy it’s big enough for your every steps but it’s small enough for my small room. Perfect size. I use it twice a day while watching my series! Best purchase of the year.

If the product we are paying for is so expensive, when it arrives broken dont try to upsell us products that cost nearly double more. Its beyond rude and a dumb idea to do, who wants to pay more for a higher risk to have another product arrive broken or falsely advertised.

Multiple complaints I had were true to the design/ product, maybe marked it can only fit phones 7 years old, etc. Or that it needs to be supported on both sides for a standing treadmill marketed without that. Or maybe let us know about the huge loud noise when folding the treadmill and unfolding it.

Le produit n’est pas neuf et comporte de nombreuses traces d’utilisation ! Soit vous m’envoyer un produit neuf et vous venez chercher celui que j’ai, soit vous me remboursez, c’est inacceptable de payer pour un produit neuf et de recevoir un produit reconditionné !!!
