Produit avec un tissu de qualité mais coupe un peu approximative. J'ai renvoyé mais frais de renvoi de 11.45€ à ma charge !!! Ce n'est pas normal que les frais de renvoi ne soient pas gratuits 😕

I have order an larp weapon and leather vambrace with metal strips. The larp weapon was in good condition and felt high quality, But the metal pieces of the bracer had a bit of rust, not something I couldn't get off But it was still a bit of a disappointment to find out that the product was not in good condition as I expected.

Good service, well packaged. Only complaint is that an item did not look like the pictures on the store page. The item is a bit too different from what i was expecting. I understand the store does not make these products them selves, but updating the pictures when the products change drastically should not be beyond expectations.

Les tailles ne sont pas correctes si on se réfère au tableau et le retour est payant . Je me retrouve donc avec une robe trop grande, et je ne rajouterais pas 12euros pour la renvoyer et repayer 12 euros pour prendre une plus petite taille! Je suis decue. Sinon la robe est jolie et de bonne qualité.

Had wat probleempjes met het bevestigen van leeftijd, kreeg snel antwoord van customer service en werd vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Product heeft de rit overleefd en ik ben er erg blij mee. 5/5 geen verbeterpunten!
