Consegna abbastanza puntuale (dipende dal corriere però: per Gls le date indicate in 2 casi su 3 erano troppo ottimistiche). Nel complesso sono abbsatanza soddisfatta, ma alcuni prodotti non sono descritti accuratamente sul sito e possono trarre in inganno (e le spese di restituzione sono a carico dall'acquirente nonostante l'errore del venditore). Un oggetto è arrivato con parti in metallo arrugginite.

Dommage que transporteur, GLS, ne tienne pas ses promesses : livraison en 24h00 en France, client informé par courriel et SMS.
Un courriel m'informant de la livraison le 8 de ce mois, reporté au 9 sans avis, et finalement livraison le 10, heureusement que j'étais chez moi. Car je n'étais pas informé du passage. C'est lamentable.
Quand à la soit disant géolocalisation du colis ...... Sans commentaire.
Alors Celtic Web Merchant oui, GLS à éviter. -

Schneller Versand, bisher zufrieden mit der Ware, schnelle Abwicklung bei Rücksendungen. Das einzige Manko waren für mich die Rücksendekosten, da der Retourenschein nur mit niederländischen Bezahlsystemen bezahlbar war. Aber das ist für mich kein Punktabzug, hat man ja bei Auslandsbestellungen öfter. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Helmet arrived with several large rust-damage patches front and back of the helmet. Perhaps Celtic Web Merchant should check the integrity of the products prior to shipping. The rust patches are so large that I can't believe the rust could have just happened while enroute for delivery. Order confirmed 18 March 2025; delivered 25 March 2025. Photos receipts and emails can be supplied.
